
Progress is not linear
The reality is that there will be weeks when you don't perform well, when you feel weak, and when you gain weight.
There will be days when you feel like you're actually going in the opposite direction than what you want.
And that is all a part of the journey towards where you want to be.

Lite och Ofta…
Little and often.
Not, all or nothing. Not, do loads this week, and nothing next week. Not, a quick fix. Not, one specific workout method or one diet.

Success is found, not in achieving your goals, but in striving towards them.
Nothing will change the day you achieve your goal… because you have already been successful up until that point.

Train & Fuel for what you want to do and how you want to perform, not how you want to look.
