This programme will provide you with sport-specific training programme for the gym and in the court, recovery sessions, and monthly sport psychology workshops.
The handball performance programme will ensure you step on the court with full confidence in the physical and mental preparation you have done.

Strength & Conditioning programme
A programme made for your sport with advanced and scaled options to suit your needs.
Videos and cues to perform each movement correctly.
Weekly updates to your programme to ensure you make progress with your strength and overall fitness.
Personalised feedback and guidance based on your form / technique for each exercise in your programme (this is done via an app that we will use to provide you with your programme).
Sport Psychology Workshops (group)
Getting a workout and nutrition plan is one thing, but following through on this behaviour change is another.
As a certified mental performance consultant, I will work with you to identify and develop your mental tools and skills such as goal setting to find focus, self-talk to build confidence, mindfulness to manage stress, and much more.
During our monthly workshops, I will provide you with actionable tools that will allow you to progress both physically and mentally from week to week.

Access to me daily via WhatsApp to celebrate your wins and enable you in overcoming challenges along the way.
